Day-Of Coordinating
This option is for the bride who has all of the planning under control! My goal as Day-of coordinator is to make sure your special day is executed flawlessly. My baseline fee is $975 and is determined based on the size of the event, location, hours required, number of people in wedding party, and other possible responsibilities as agreed between myself and my client(s). My fee includes helping my client create a day-of schedule and a detailed timeline, manage the rehearsal, manage day-of deliveries and vendor set up, oversee schedule on day-of and make sure all parties know where they need to be and when to be there, and put out any emergency fires that threaten to derail the day! This service does not include any planning or decorating, but I will oversee layout & placement of décor to make sure my client’s vision is exactly as they wish.
Decorating
I love decorating!! This option is for the bride who has all of the planning under control and just needs someone to execute her vision on the day of. My baseline fee for decorating is $750 and is determined based on the size of the event, location, amount of decorating required, and details involved. This service does not include any planning, and does not include day-of coordinating. My goal is to bring my client’s vision to life!
Décor Rental
I have a wide array of décor available to rent. My inventory is constantly growing, so please feel free to reach out if there is something you are specifically looking for. My goal is to offer my clients unique & beautiful pieces at a price that makes sense. I do my best to set my fees so that my work & valuables are covered, but remain reasonable. My rental fees do not include delivery or set up, but that can be arranged for an additional fee. My rental pieces typically rent for 4 days, including pick-up day and return-day. I work very hard to be flexible for my clients, so please do not hesitate to ask if you have any special requests. (A minimum rental value of $65, not including delivery fees, is required.)
